At an early age Michel showed a passion and talent for design and painting. After a career in design, illustration & creative graphics, he was a teacher at Beaux-Arts de Marseille. 

Then, in 1980, Michel opened an art gallery in St Paul de Vence. This event was an important moment in his life as he had new ideas. In 1982, he committed himself with sacred devotion and passion to painting. His shows the humor, complexities, the "comme si comme ca" attitude, of magnificent, beautiful women. 

Boulet has been one of France's most revered artists for many years and has achieved worldwide recognition through his many exhibitions and awards.
